Our story

Having started in 5th March 2015, by Sanskar Society Family in Chatra, Jharkhand with vision to strengthen healthcare facilities in Left wing extremism affected region. We are spreaded in 3 buildings ( constructed in 15000 Sq ft area ) in Chatra. Registration is done in Chatra Awwal Mohalla Centre near Nagar Bhawan. This 50 beds charitable hospital stands as only hope of life in this area . This Hospital was established on the demand of most marginalised vulnerable tribal & minority communities, when joined hands and requested Sanskar family to establish it. This representation was made by more than 10000 community members of Chatra & Latehar district. Since 2015, We have served 16000 patients with our multi specialty departments. Our new extension building was inaugurated by Hon. Minister Satyanand Bhokta on 4th August 2020. We are team of 276 medical & non medical personals. We do have extension buildings for additional facilities & departments.

Achievements and Note of Thanks

During covid 1st & 2nd wave, This hospital served as lifeline by increasing its strength from 50 beds to 150 beds. We are grateful to our team who saved every covid Patient admitted to our hospital and also provide home care to thousands of patients. We also thankful to our O & M partner Sanmat ( Sri Someswar Nath Mahadev Trust ) for their dedicated services during covid pandemic. The way they handled covid situation was remarkable and deserve well applaud.
